Detect

The right diagnosis, before any decision.

02

Preserve

Operate only when it counts — and protect function.

03

Thrive

Recovery, mobility, and quality of life for the years ahead.

01Detect

The right decision begins with the right diagnosis.

Every treatment plan starts with precision. Advanced imaging and a careful clinical assessment establish exactly what is happening — and, just as importantly, what does not require surgery. Clarity first, intervention only when it is the right choice.

02Preserve

Preserve motion. Protect function. Operate only when it counts.

This is the core of the practice. Where surgery is needed, the goal is to protect what makes you, you — using motion-preserving and minimally invasive techniques across both the brain and the spine.

Surgery as the exception, performed at the highest standard — never the default.

03Thrive

Surgery is a moment. Recovery is the goal.

The measure of success is not the operation — it is how well you move, function, and live afterwards. Every decision is made with the long term in view: protecting mobility, neurological function, and quality of life for the years ahead.

Questions

Considering surgery is a decision. Start with the answers.

A few of the questions patients and referring physicians ask most often. For anything specific to your case, a consultation is the right next step.

Ask a different question

Often, it isn't. Many brain and spine conditions are best managed without an operation. Surgery is recommended only after careful assessment, and only when it is genuinely the right path for your condition and goals.

Robotic guidance plans and supports the precise placement of instruments based on individual anatomy — the surgeon remains in control at every step. Prof. El Hindy has performed more than 1,000 such procedures over his career in Germany. Robotic surgery is not currently available at his Dubai practice; consultations at Clemenceau Medical Center focus on brain and spine care using the techniques and expertise appropriate to each case.

Where suitable, techniques such as disc arthroplasty are designed to maintain the natural movement of the spine rather than fuse it — supporting mobility and function over the long term.

Yes. The practice covers neurosurgery of both the brain and the spine, from microsurgical and vascular procedures to complex and revision spine surgery.

Bring any recent imaging (MRI or CT), relevant medical reports, and a list of your current medications. This allows for a thorough review and a clear discussion of your options.
